Dry Toast Reunion at FishBones

Rhythm and blues band Dry Toast has been making music since the late 20th century. Active in the early to mid-nineties, the group recently played Remembering Christian, a benefit concert in support of the Christian Gavard Memorial Scholarship. Encouraged by the response, the group has reunited. The group makes their comeback debut at the PEI Jazz & Blues Festival, performing Late Night at Fishbones on August 15.

Performing music by a variety of artists, including Wilson Pickett, Sam & Dave, Otis Redding, and the Blues Brothers, the band features the original line-up of Chris Smith on vocals, Brian Langille on guitar, Jason Rogerson on bass, Jim O’Leary on drums, Mark Parsons on trumpet, and Peter Wynne on sax.
