The 2017 Prince Edward Island Beer Festival is two days of beer tastings, food pairings and live entertainment – providing Islanders and visitors alike the opportunity to try new, exciting beers currently available and coming soon to PEI.

Garden Party

Enjoy the bounty of the harvest from one of Canada' largest and most productive urban farms. This family style event includes fresh, organic, Island produce grown right here in the Legacy Garden. There will also be games including lawn bowling, ring toss, horseshoes and croquet along with prizes and gifts from the gardens to take home.

Highlighting Fall Flavours is the Taste Our Island – Roving Feast. Taste, rove, mingle and dine with eight culinary chefs who have been nominated for the prestigious Taste Our Island Award based on the outstanding quality of their cuisine and use of local products. We will have eight of the best chefs on PEI all gathered in one room at the Charlottetown Hotel. These chefs are the finalists in the 2017 which will be decided at the end of August 2017, and winner announced at the Roving Feast September 22 2017.

Farm Day in the City

Join in the Island's largest outdoor street festival and celebrate all things local at the 10th anniversary of Farm Day in the City. Farmers, producers, restaurants, crafters, and artisans come together to celebrate the Island's buy local culture and bring together the urban and the rural communities. The centre of Charlottetown is transformed into the Island's largest open air market and features music, children's entertainment, agricultural displays, a beer garden, a petting zoo and some good ol' fashioned friendly competition.
